In recent years I have been drawn to the Caribbean and especially Jamaica and the South Coast resort of Treasure Beach. There is constant Inspiration here for me in my interaction with the people and the Landscapes and I consider Treasure Beach to be a new spiritual place for me to paint. I can see the attraction for artists to venture here for the Light and Colour as well as the rich culture, history and atmosphere of the community in general. Many of my recent paintings and drawings have been inspired and based on my trips to treasure Beach and I can see this area and it’s people and places being an inspiration to me for some time to come.
